Drainage is where a build either runs smoothly or backs up the program. We deliver the full drainage scope on commercial and multi-residential projects, from in-ground rough-in through to final connections, set out from your gridlines and sequenced to suit the construction program. Open pipework is protected through the build, and every line is inspected and recorded before it disappears under slab or backfill.
Sanitary & stormwater drainage
In-ground and suspended sanitary and stormwater drainage: pipework, pits, gullies, floor wastes, vents and connections to the building and to authority infrastructure, coordinated with the structure and the trades around us.
Inspection & records
Pre and post-installation CCTV inspection plus as-constructed records, so drainage is proven before it is covered and fully documented for handover. Where required, pipework is acoustically lagged to specification.
Excavation & reinstatement
Excavation, backfill, compaction and spoil removal, with trench protection and dewatering as needed, and reinstatement of roads and surfaces to council requirements.
