Before a building can connect, the civil infrastructure has to be in the ground and approved. We deliver water main, sewer and stormwater works for sites and subdivisions, manage the authority approvals and connections, and finalise the completion records that hand the asset over cleanly. We work regularly with Gold Coast City Council, Urban Utilities, Unity Water and other authorities across South East Queensland.
Water, sewer & stormwater mains
Water main and sewer reticulation, stormwater and detention systems, pits, manholes and access chambers, installed and tested to authority standards.
Authority approvals & connections
Connection approvals, permits, inspections and live tie-ins to existing infrastructure, coordinated with the relevant council or distributor-retailer.
Inspection, testing & handover
Excavation, backfill, compaction and testing with engineer inspection before backfill, plus as-constructed records and completion reports for seamless asset handover.
